From a good idea to something that actually moves.
STRATEGY · INNOVATION · CONNECTION
Where can LEF help you move?
1. SHARPENER. I help you see the real question, challenge assumptions and choose where your energy makes the biggest difference.
2. CONNECTOR. I bring together people, perspectives and organisations that probably should have met sooner.
3. PATTERN SPOTTER. I connect the dots between technology, behaviour and change, so new possibilities become visible.
4. BUILDER. I translate ambition into a first concrete step that can be explored, tested and supported.
Where do you want movement?
I work for organisations that want to go further than the next meeting. Sometimes that is a leadership team that wants to get its people moving. Sometimes an organisation with an opportunity but no plan yet. And sometimes a city, school or network that wants entrepreneurship to grow. Choose what fits your question best. You'll find who I've already done this for at the bottom of this page.
Your people are in the room. Something has to come out of it.
Sessions that deliver
A strategy day, an away day or a co creation session with clients and partners. I design and facilitate the session so everyone thinks along and you walk out with decisions instead of full flip charts. Possible formats: strategic workshop, away day, co creation session or a learning journey across several sessions.
Keynotes that get something moving
No trend show for the sake of it. I connect shifts in technology, entrepreneurship, work and learning to the questions your audience is wrestling with today. Possible keynotes: the future of female entrepreneurship, the future of work and learning, and doing business in a world that keeps changing.
Strategic sparring
You don't always need a thick report or a long programme. Sometimes you need a sharp conversation with someone who sees patterns, keeps asking and doesn't stay on the sidelines. Possible formats: one off sparring session, short series, standing sounding board or advisory role.
There's an opportunity, but no plan yet.
See what becomes possible
New technology, changing behaviour and shifts in society keep creating new opportunities. I help you see patterns, question assumptions and decide what truly deserves attention. Possible formats: trend scan, opportunity mapping, future exploration or inspiration session.
Build something new
You have an idea, ambition or question with potential that still needs shape. Together we sharpen the opportunity and turn it into something that can be explored, tested and supported. Possible formats: concept lab, innovation sprint, project kick off or tailored guidance.
Connect the right people
Some opportunities don't fit within one organisation, sector or job title. I often spot early which connection is missing and bring the right perspectives to the table. Possible formats: ecosystem mapping, partner exploration, co creation session or long term ecosystem guidance.
Cities, universities, networks and incubators. And entrepreneurs themselves.
Activating entrepreneurship and talent
Want to give students, starters or entrepreneurs in your city, school or network more room to try, learn and build? I built Genius Antwerp from scratch and today I help lead Ondernemen@AP and StartAP Studio. So I know where things get stuck, and what gets them moving again. Possible formats: workshop, bootcamp, programme development or guiding a cohort.
Are you an entrepreneur yourself?
Then a sparring session is often the best first step. We look at your idea or your business together, I ask the questions you'd rather put off a little longer, and you leave with a concrete next step. No programme you don't need.
All the better. That is often where the interesting work begins.
A partnership that's stuck. An idea that falls between two departments. A network you want to build without knowing where to start.
Tell me in a few sentences what's going on. You'll quickly hear whether I can help. And if not, who can.
What got people moving
Maybe there's something in it.

Working on a new initiative, looking for the right people to build it with, or sensing an opportunity that isn't sharp enough yet? Tell me what you're working on. I love to listen. And chances are I'll ask a question afterwards.
