All three of us fight for more equality in our own way and take on a mentoring role for other entrepreneurial ladies who are ready to make their voices heard.<br \/>After all, as a society, we need to ask ourselves what ingrained ideas we hold on to that ensure that quality is not enough, that women still lose out purely for the sake of being women.
